High school baseball: Sehome vs. Squalicum

I have been shooting A LOT of local high school sports for the Bellingham Herald lately. While shooting sports has never been my favorite it is always a good challenge and in my opinion, is a rather technical side of photography. Each time I go out to shoot sports I try something different. Whether it be to look for different compositions of a repetitive motion, odd exposures, or just different positions on the field, sports as one can imagine, can become formulaic if you let it be. While I am nowhere close to where I want to be, I enjoy shooting sports more and more. This game between Sehome  and Squalicum was one of my favorites shoots of the season. It was the first time I had shot at Sehome High School and the field was very photographer friendly, nice clean backgrounds and lots of space to move around in.  Hope you enjoy, David
